Bikerstuff.co.uk is run by Fiona & Gavin Sweeney.

It belongs to the parent company FIS (UK) Ltd which also runs Bikersweb.co.uk. As well as providing an online facility we run then motorcycle shop, Bikerstuff in Luton and regularly trade at bike shows and rallies throughout the year.

Any customer outside of the United Kingdom can contact us on the above number to make purchasing enquiries.

Delivery Times

Once an order has been placed please allow 5 – 14 days for delivery. If there is to be a longer delay that this we will contact you accordingly. Once a payment has been authorized during the purchase process (credit/debit card), it takes up to four working days for it to reach our bank account.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item please ensure that it is an unused condition. All tags, labels and protective coverings must still be in place in order for a refund to be issued. Once a refund has been issued, (credit/debit card) it takes up to four working days for the transaction to return to the purchasers account.

Postage

The rates quoted are for the UK mainland only. Should you wish to purchase an item and live outside this area please contact us for a quote on postage costs. (Please note: we do not send goods outside of Europe). Any orders placed that have a delivery address outside of the UK mainland will automatically be returned and it will take up to four working days for the payment to return to your card/bank account.
